D+1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the D+ app you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use D+. To register a business you must be of legal age and authorized to represent it.
2. The service
D+ is a digital loyalty platform: businesses create stamp promotions (for example, “buy 5 haircuts, get 1 free”) and customers collect those stamps on digital cards by scanning single-use codes generated by the business. When a card is complete, the customer can redeem the reward at the business.
D+ is free for customers.
3. Your account
- One account works as a customer and, if your application is approved, as a business.
- The information you provide must be true and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.
- You can delete your account at any time from My profile → Delete my account or as described in Delete my account.
4. Business accounts
- Every business application is reviewed manually. We may request additional information and approve or reject it.
- The business must be real, operate legally and publish truthful information (name, address, location, hours and contact details).
- The business is solely responsible for how it uses D+ on its premises and for its customer service.
5. Promotions and rewards
- Each business freely defines its promotions: products, number of stamps and reward.
- The business is solely responsible for delivering the reward when a customer completes their card, under the conditions published in the promotion. D+ provides the recording and verification tool but is not a party to the commercial relationship between the business and the customer.
- If a business pauses or ends a promotion, or leaves D+, it should honor rewards on cards that are already complete.
- Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Profitability estimates shown in the app are for guidance only and based on data entered by the business.
6. Free and Premium plans
- Free: no cost, with a limit on simultaneous active promotions (currently 2).
- Premium: removes that limit. It is arranged directly with the D+ team using the payment methods agreed with the business. D+ does not charge or process payments inside the app.
- Premium is activated for the paid period. When it expires and is not renewed, the account automatically returns to Free. Existing promotions remain, but no new ones can be created above the Free limit.
- Prices, payment method, invoicing and refund policy are communicated to the business when subscribing.
- We may change plan limits or features; changes do not affect a Premium period already paid for.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Generate, share or use codes fraudulently, or give stamps without a real purchase in order to deceive others.
- Attempt to breach D+ security, access other people's accounts or use automated tools against the service.
- Publish false, offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Use D+ for illegal activities or to promote products or services prohibited by law.
8. Content you upload
Text, logos and images a business uploads to D+ remain its property. By uploading them, you allow us to display them within the service (for example, on the map, the business profile and its customers' cards). You must hold the rights to that content.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, or reject or remove a business, if it breaches these terms, if we detect fraud or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
10. Availability
We work to keep D+ running at all times, but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, D+ is not liable for the delivery of rewards or the quality of businesses' products or services, for indirect losses, or for damage caused by use of the service contrary to these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is significant, notify you in the app. Continuing to use D+ after the change means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Salvador, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
